Contrast

Not one switch: more contrast helps some readers, less helps others.

Page colour

Black text on a white page is the harshest combination there is. A tint takes the glare off without making the text harder to read.

Info

This changes how colours look - it can’t rescue anything we’ve shown by colour alone. If you find something you can’t tell apart, please report it and we’ll fix the page.

MotionReduce motionTurns off animated entrances, sliding carousels and page transitions. Currently following your device setting.

ReadingUnderline linksMarks links in articles and the footer so they aren’t shown by colour alone.More space between textOpens up line height, letter spacing and the gaps between paragraphs.Plain fontReplaces the club’s typeface everywhere - headings included - with a plain one that has wider, more distinct letters. Some people find it easier to read; it’s a preference, not a treatment.
