King’s Lynn Town Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Ethan Warne.

After a successful trial period, Ethan becomes our twelfth summer signing.

Born in Norwich, Ethan began his footballing journey in the United States, joining Arizona Western University in his freshman year.

Following a successful season in Arizona, Ethan helped the freshman side reach its first National Championship appearance. He then moved to the West Coast to join the University of San Diego.

During his time in San Diego, Ethan was named in the West Coast Conference Team of the Year on two occasions and was also awarded the West Coast Conference Defender of the Year award in 2025.

Ethan had this to say upon signing for the club:

“I’m really excited to be here and I can’t wait to get going.

I’ve been since last week and from the get go all the lads have made me feel welcome. The lads are great and I’m really excited to be here”

First team manager Paul Caddis had this to say about our new arrival:

“I’m absolutely delighted to welcome Ethan to King’s Lynn Town.

Ethan has been with us throughout the last week, training every day and featuring in a number of our pre-season games, and it’s fair to say he’s excelled. From the moment he arrived, he has shown exactly why we were so keen to bring him to the football club.

He’s a left-footed centre-back with an outstanding football education and comes to us after an exceptional career at the University of San Diego, where he captained the side, earned NCAA Division I All-American honours and was named West Coast Conference Defender of the Year. Those achievements don’t come by chance—they’re a reflection of his quality, professionalism and winning mentality.

What has impressed me most, though, has been how quickly he’s adapted. He’s fitted seamlessly into our dressing room, embraced the standards we’ve set and built excellent relationships with the group. On the pitch, he’s looked composed, dominant and comfortable in possession, and he has all the attributes we look for in a modern defender.

We believe Ethan has enormous potential and we’re excited to be part of the next stage of his journey as he begins his professional career. I have no doubt our supporters will enjoy watching him play, and I’m thrilled we’ve been able to bring a player of his quality and character to King’s Lynn Town.
